BJS Development Corporation is a family owned company. Named after its founder, Burton Joseph Server, BJS Development Corporation was organized in 1966 primarily as a holding company. Later it expand its charter to include the buying, selling, leasing and development of its assets.

BJS Development Corporation holds a number of land assets. It has a 9,369 square meter property in P. Domingo St. Makati City. On this site, It has 4 warehouses for lease and a 5-storey office building which also leases office space. This is the location of BJS Development's corporate offices.

BJS Development Corporation has also developed 2 low-cost housing projects. The first subdivision project of the corporation was an 18.8 hectare project in San Pedro Laguna called Holiday Homes I. Completed in 1995, the project is made up of 800 homes.
